I no longer see Vernon Scott and Malik Taylor listed on the IR when I checked packers dot com. I hope that means they reached injury settlements and have or will be released. I don't see anything from the beat writers or on the packers transaction page. They are still on OTC.

I think today is the deadline to reach a settlement, otherwise they won't get cap relief until the players can pass a physical. That's probably okay since I don't see an immediate need for additional cap space, but certainty is a useful thing.
