Buccaneers Sign Former Packers FS M.D. Jennings
According to Adam Caplan of ESPN:

Jennings played for the Packers from 2011 to 2013, starting all 16 games his last season in Green Bay.
During the offseason Jennings signed with the Chicago Bears but was released at the conclusion of training camp.
In 2014, Jennings has reportedly had several tryouts with several NFL teams but has not played in a regular-season game.
