I've never met Patrick Somerville but I've known him online seemingly forever. 

Patrick is a writer who I connected with in the very early days of Twitter. When we first started chatting online, he had written a few books and sent me three of them, and in each one of them he signed his name and "Fuck the (insert the name of a Packers division rival)" Needless to say, I was pretty sure right then and there that Patrick was good people. (As an aside, his first novel, The Cradle, is sublime. An incredible read.) 

Throughout the years, Patrick made the jump to writing for television. He worked on The Leftovers, which I loved, and most recently was the showrunner for Station Eleven on HBO, which he adapted from Emily St. John Mandel's book. It is, and I don't say this lightly, probably my favorite work made for television in the last ten years or so. I truly can not recommend it enough if you haven't seen it.

What does all this have to do with the Packers?

Well, Patrick is a huge Packers fan from Green Bay and is recording a podcast entitled "The Green Bay Packers Are Going To Win The Super Bowl This Year" and he asked me if I'd be interested in contributing in some way. We decided he'd send me three questions every week and I'd answer them via voicemail.
