David Bakhtiari bids Green Bay adieu
The All-Pro left tackle will play elsewhere in 2024.

From the man himself:
A lot of emotion in this. I just want to say THANK YOU Green Bay. Thank you for the last 11 years. It’s been a hell of a run. I always wanted to raise a Lombardi on Lombardi avenue, but I will never complain. I gave it my all. I always gave it my best no matter the circumstance… pic.twitter.com/dnc7gkKSAC

A great Day 3 pick. Without all the injuries, I think we'd be talking about HOF.

Without the injury, a SB appearance for sure.

A true Packers great! One of my all-time favorite players. The only thing he did better than anchor the blind side was maybe chug a beer. Thanks for being a truly great Packer!🍻

Like the team building moves so far this off season as the Packer Front Office builds a new nucleus of players to move forward in the Jordan Love Era. Hopefully they can have another great Draft, lord knows they have enough picks. Should be positioned well to compete for the foreseeable future. Great that most players will develop together since they are so young and I really like Jordan Love's style of quiet and confident leadership. Great job putting this together !!

It's difficult for me not to get attached to players like Bakhtiari. Definitely the right move to let him go, but I'm sorry his career in GB is finished. Farewell to the second best Packer to wear the 69 jersey.
