Filmmaker Announces Movies About Former Packer Don Beebe

Desert Wind Faith Films announced on Wednesday its plans to begin production on a movie about former Green Bay Packers wide receiver Don Beebe with another to follow.

The Don Beebe Story, described as a faith-based project, will begin principal photography on May 14, 2015 in Aurora, Ill. It will follow Beebe's life from age 7 to 24, when he was drafted by the Buffalo Bills.

Beebe played for the Packers in 1996 and 1997 and was a member of the team's Super Bowl XXXI championship team.
