NO. # 10-15 Middle of the road. He's overmatched in the playoffs and locks up...indecisive.

Is Matt LaFleur a top 5 head coach in the NFL.

Well, off the top of my head here are five pretty talented and successful head coaches. It may be a reach to put Matt ahead of any of these five and there are still 26 remaining head coaches that you would have to rate as inferior to LaFelur.

1. John Harbaugh - Ravins
2. Andy Reed - Chiefs
3. Sean McVay - LA Rams
4. Kyle Shanahan - 49ers
5. Bill Belichick - Patriots

LaFluer a top 5 coach? Seriously, where's the hidden camera! He's a very good offensive coordinator and he does a satisfactory job of being a players coach. However, he's just middle of the road who just happens to have one of the top 5 quarterbacks of all time pulling the trigger.

Like or dislike Rodgers as a person, that's not what this is - he IS a top 5 of ALL TIME.

Lafluer = going for a field goal against Tampa in the playoffs instead of using 4th to try for a game-tying TD. Afterwards, he gave the ultimate non-answer. "At the time, it seemed like the right thing to do."

This year, he waits all season to address the special teams and then he benches Nijman at tackle for Turner and Kelly who were smashed by the 49ers. Yes, Nijman had gotten a little help earlier in the year but he also held up pretty well.

LaFluer is an excellent offensive mind but probably around 12-14 when it comes down to NFL head coaches.
