Nice Move.... the Raiders can have him, over rated returner ( fair catcher) and poor route runner. Also, injury prone. Hopefully Kumerow will get a lot more playing time so they can evaluate how good a player he is now and for the future.

Yeah, Maybe. But Kumerow is a over rated rout runner and kind of slow. But at least he has AR trust. That carried him on the roster and maybe further. We will find out

Supposedly, the Packers got a 6th round pick for Davis from Oakland.

Is there any chance you could have the person that created this web site for you add an option to open articles with all comments open? It would make it a lot easier to read the articles and would remove my main dissatisfaction with the new site. There were a number of comments complaining about this in another article.

If you want to go the extra mile, make the up/down vote icons smaller and remove some of the extra white space.

Enjoy your work!

Bring him in for a tryout!!!!

“Healthy, moving fast and explosive” words receivers coach David Robinson used to describe his workout with @DezBryant he’s working on his mind but looks like he’s still working on his game too

Dez reminds me of Andre Rison (arrogant, mouthy, showboat). How did that work out for us?
Oh wait, scratch that example.

Dez Bryant has publicly stated he isn’t going to play for the Packers because of the “history”. Whatever that means.

I vote we bring in players who, you know, actually want to play for the Packers.

Trade for Jakeem Grant (Dolphins)
As a receiver in 2018, Grant would haul in 21 receptions on 31 targets for 268 yards with 12.8 yards per catch, and over half of his yards would come after the catch. Meanwhile, in the return game he would average 16.3 yards per punt return with a touchdown and 29.7 yards per kick return with another touchdown.

Of the trade candidates that we’ve discussed, Grant does have the most expensive contract, but overall it is still a pretty team-friendly deal. Just this past offseason, Miami extended Grant to a four year – $19.7 million contract that will begin in 2020. However this year, his salary is only $720,000 with a $3 million signing bonus that has already been paid out.

If the Green Bay Packers did acquire Grant, they have an out in the contract after the 2021 season that comes with a small dead cap hit of $1.8 million. If he remains on the team for the life of his deal, it carries a cap hit between $4.75 – $5.07 million, which is very doable and based on what we’ve seen from him, is worth the price.

The Lane Taylor- Elgton Jenkins competition reminds me of when Gale Gillingham took over the LT spot from Fuzzy Thurston, back in the day. Let Elton play and have Lane as your back up at LT. It's time.

Except that Thurston was a much better player than Taylor ever was and Gale Gillingham would evolve into an All-Pro Guard. Having said that Jenkins might evolve into an All-Pro player as well. I have no problem starting him over Taylor which I posted before the season even started. Taylor is fine for depth and could back up Turner at RG.

So far Turner has not shown much especially considering what he is being paid. Hopefully he will improve as the season goes on. Thanks, Since ‘61
