Packers Calendar: Mike McCarthy Talks at NFC Coaches Breakfast

The Packers head coach will meet the media on Wednesday morning in Arizona.

The NFL owners meeting wraps up in Arizona on Wednesday, but before it does, one notable event with a Green Bay Packers connection takes place.

Head coach Mike McCarthy will take part in the annual NFC Coaches Breakfast, where he'll answer questions from reporters for the better part of an hour, while having the opportunity to sip coffee and eating a continental breakfast.

Local media outlets covering the Packers should have plenty of coverage on Wednesday after grabbing a plethora of sound bites and quotes from the Packers head honcho.

McCarthy will be available from 7:15 to 8:15 a.m. MT, according to another NFL team website, at which time readers should be able to monitor social media outlets for updates.

With an hour available to reporters, McCarthy is sure to touch on a wide range of topics from free agency to the NFL Draft to the many changes in the Packers organization this offseason.

He should also be able to comment on the recent fine reportedly paid by defensive lineman Letroy Guion, which settles his legal troubles for the time being.

Meanwhile, team owners will vote on any proposed rule changes on the final day of the NFL owners meeting and commissioner Roger Goodell will conclude the event by holding a press conference.
