Packers placing Kenny Clark on injured reserve
NFL Network reports the Packers are planning on shutting down the third year defensive lineman.
By PackerAaron
Per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Packers are planning on placing defensive lineman Kenny Clark, who hurt his elbow in a win over the Atlanta Falcons two weeks ago, on season-ending injured reserve.
The #Packers have informed NT Kenny Clark they’re placing him on injured reserve, source said. No surgery needed on his injured elbow, but they’re out of the playoff chase, so breakout season ends early.

Through 13 games, Clark had 55 tackles, six sacks, three passes defended and a forced fumble.

A repeat of the dysfunction of 2018 and I will be with Cole Madison on the "did not report" list

Sit all the starters, move up in the draft. Right now the Pack is at 11 and 32 from N.O. in the 1st round. The jets and lolions are all that's left, if we can lose at home to AZ, then these last 2 games can be lost too. We need difference makers now.

12guage - it's only football and not that important in the overall sphere of things. Forget it and move on. I'm confident that you will be fine. Thanks, Since '61

Watching the Packers this year has been like watching someone you know personally slowly dying over 14 weeks!

Been there, not even close. Football and sports is so unimportant you don't even know they exist. Hope you or anyone ever has to deal with it.

Agree with Since 61 and Jeremyjjbrown on this one. It's a game....not life and death. Entertainment, nothing more. If it stops being entertaining, I just find something better to do. I've seen friends die and my wife survive cancer in the last couple of years.....this is just an unfortunate turn of events. I think the offseason will be entertaining, however. I'll be hardwired to the internet, for news on the next coach. I say, Hire Fangio, bring an offensive whiz kid that Rodgers respects(Alex van Pelt?) and keep Pettine.

If GB can lose to AZ at home, we can lose to NYJ on the road. This defense can make Darnold look like Brady. Easily give up 300+ yards passing, and cave for 150 rushing. Throw in a few Special Teams blunders, and it's another road loss. Hello, 1958!

Such a surprise that Kenny Clark ended up on IR. Start the season with like 3.5 starters on your Dline rotation and immediately lose one of the studs. Then play your best guy every snap until he drops. Total surprise.
Neither Ted or apparently Gutekunst respect the need to have strong trench players on either side of the ball. I don't remember a time when the Packers controlled the LOS against a team that mattered.

Demovsky recently tweeted that Clark is not going on IR. Wait for further information at this point.
