Lotta people thought the coaching staff was stupid for playing McManus last week. Maybe they knew something…
Drew Brees did NOT start well. I’m not sure which was worse… “Bo Melton has been huge on offense” or “Every time [Josh Jacobs] touches the ball it’s seven, eight yards.” He was completely talking out of his ass at the beginning.
Musgrave has become entirely worthless. We have zero credible tight ends.
When is the last time the Packers offensive line was THIS bad? Serious question. And the worst part is I see no legitimate avenue for improvement.
Turns out there IS someone worse than the Packer receivers at catching footballs… and that would be the packer defensive backs.
Very disappointed with the defense. The Giants just said, “You can’t stop us” … and they were right. And they’re the Giants.
Yeah, the Packers won, and I'm usually pretty positive about such things. But this team looks to be cooked like a fish.

The good: Watson Nags is right I am not a big Watson fan but have to admit he cam up big no question. Too much complaining over the few years, some big drops. aslo Williams interception is a no brainer good job saved their bacon. Weiland was great really flipped the field few times.
The Bad: Easy, the schemes on the vaunted defense not sure if there is a plan B when teams double and triple Micah. Rashan Gary? recovered a fumble but he was the one guy that was to go toanother level when Micah showed up. Eh1
The Ugly: No adjustments, MLF offensive genius? Not seeing it. Love turn and heave not working. 3 and 4 he throws sideline 35 yards no catch you need the ball where is the 6 yard out? Musgrave you have the chance of a lifetime now, is there a chance he has got worse Kraft took away your heart. O line ? Banks just awful, Toms getting hurt every week. Jenkins huge injury hoping Ryhan can settle in.
Vikes going to be tough

Of course the Big Bad were the drops – both Receivers and DBs (– E. Williams). Meanwhile the Very Ugly for me was the Packers tackling. You see better tackling in Pop Warner football than from this bunch. Rarely did I see a tackler drop down – wrap their arms around the legs of the ball carrier - to stop their forward movement. Tacklers constantly went high - turning the play into a sumo match or a rugby scrum - which they often lost to the other side.

Quarterback sneak for 10 yards was one of the most frustrating things to witness.

Prime example. I recall Brees commenting on whether it was a record for QB sneaks.

In 1970, Greg Landry ran 76 yards on a QB sneak. We had a lot of HOFers on that defense.

Good point about the tackling AP. The Packers are spending too much time trying to strip the ball rather than wrapping up and tackling. The Giants seemed to gain an awful lot of extra yardage yesterday just pushing piles forward while the Packers were trying to cause a fumble. Turnovers are good, but so is tackling!

The drops were pee wee football like . Time to start throwing wrenches at them in practice . If you can catch a wrench you can catch a ball . Line up ladies .

Poor tackling has been a Packer's nemesis for far too long.

This team is letting down Jordan Love. He is really playing well and plays with confidence. The coaching is super uninspiring and insists on running the ball (which is not working). I really miss Mike McCarthy in these moments. He would have let Jordan Love absolutely sling it.
I was on YT the other day and was watching the 2020 Packers vs Titans game. What happened to that offense scheme? The creativity, the jet sweeps, play action, shifting the formation. That was a fun offense to watch. We have the talent offensively for that. Not sure why it has to be this boring of a offensive scheme.

Having a last place schedule doesn't hurt them either.

I don’t say it often but Love had a pretty good game considering his WRs couldn’t catch…and some of the play calling was strange…again…and the Eagles just did same thing to the Lions..Goff looked really bad under pressure…one thing for sure…can’t have anymore losses…maybe get away with one more but two and it’s over..

That is indeed the frustrating part: The Packers have the talent to run the table; but they most likely won't. I see 2 more losses. At Detroit -1 and either Denver, The Ravens or a division game. They are way too inconsistent to have faith in a table run.

Lose two out of those three, lions, broncos, ravens and start thinking about the draft

"Pretty good"? He was damn near perfect throwing the football. Right now it's between Love and Purdy for Offensive POTW across the entire NFL.

The Good. Reed coming back soon
The Bad. We play to level of competition
The Ugly. We lost 2 games we never should have and maybe 3 or 4 actually / tie

GOOD: they won a game they were supposed to win
BAD : this team obviously doesn’t respond to the head coach. Except for 30 minutes in Pittsburgh. Since the Cowboys tie ( not taking a shot at the win) this has been a different team. That final game tying drive changed the season. It’s as if the players realized LaFleur is not the “guy”.
UGLY : the remaining schedule

Felt like an uncomfortable win—but we’ll take it.
Watson & Whelan—critical plays at critical moments.
The defense very disappointing on 3rd and long. …and can one of our DB’s make an INT!?!?
Musgrave—WTH!
…did Van Ness play?
Beat the frikin Vikings!!!
Go Packers!!!

LVN is still hurt. He was listed as questionable on Saturday evening but was eventually held out. I'm guessing he'll come back against Minnesota this week. The defense really needs it with how invisible Rashan Gary has been these past few weeks.

The Packers didn't win this game the Giants lost the game with INT in the end zone. Packers need so much help in so many areas of the game. Poor drafting & free agent acquisitions by a loser GM has hurt this team. No matter how this season ends Gute needs to go...! Did you notice two of the 5 offensive lineman for the Giants were originally from GB - Runyan and Van Roten. And the Packers had trouble all day getting to their QB. The season really starts next week when the Packers begin playing NFC North teams. Oh by the way did you notice DAhhhhhhhhh BEARS are in 1st place in the NFC North.

The Good: On Offense: Love, Watson and Willis. This team is blessed to have a back up QB, like Willis, ready to come into the game and contribute, like he did. On Defense: Evan Williams and Javon Bullard. On STs: Danny Whelan punting into that wind.
The Bad: Drops on both Offense and Defense! It must be the gloves they are wearing! Get new ones and hang onto the ball! Like Nags said, if we catch the ball, we win this game, going away!
Ugly: Injuries to Love and Jacobs. The NFL has to get rid of that God awful turf!

IDK if it belongs in "Bad" or "Ugly", but Edge Cooper whiffing on the 3rd down tackle on that bubble screen was awful. He had a chance to make the easiest tackle of his life and give the offense the ball with 4 minutes left in the half with a chance to go around the horn with receiving the 2nd half kickoff. Instead he completely misses and the defense eventually gives up a TD.

good: Watson, Love, Willis
bad: Gutekunst for providing us with the weakest O line in the league, and consistently striking out on draft picks in the first and second round most recently with Morgan, Musgrave (no hands, no legs)
ugly: the no hands receivers and dbs....

Good: Parsons---earned the big money today with 2 HUGE plays. Fights thru double teams on every play. (Also Whelan --- a godsend.)
Bad: Gary---The above should open up Gary to become a beast. But he never has been. JAG.
The Ugly:---We get BIG stop (see above) --- chance to salt the game away --- then immediately go 3 and out. Giants right back in it. We never get Wayne's "Dagger" until we've had heart attack.
