Bills Release DL Sunny Harris From Practice Squad

Before the Buffalo Bills headed into their rare weekend off, they made a minor roster move, releasing second-year defensive lineman Ra'Shon "Sunny" Harris from the practice squad.

A sixth-round pick out of Oregon by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2009, Harris had joined the Bills on October 6.

Harris (6-4, 298) had a pair of tackles in two games for the Carolina Panthers as a rookie, but spent much of the season either on the Panthers' practice squad or as a gameday inactive with the Steelers, who re-signed him to their active roster midway through last season.

Harris had three tackles for the Steelers during the 2010 pre-season before he was waived on September 4.
