Buccaneers 1st Round DT Gerald McCoy Injures Leg

According to Charlie Campbell of PewterReport.com, Tampa Bay Buccaneers first-round defensive tackle Gerald McCoy limped off the practice field today with an apparent leg injury.

McCoy, who is expected to start at the "3" technique tackle position, left the field with head trainer Todd Toriscelli, Campbell adds.

An update on McCoy's injury will presumably be made available later today.

UPDATE: Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network reports that McCoy's injury is a "tweaked" hip, and is nothing serious.
