Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network reports that Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has been cleared to participate fully in Wednesday's practice.

Cutler suffered a concussion during the Bears' Week 4 loss to the New York Giants, and was a limited participant during last week's practices before sitting out the Bears' 23-6 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

If Cutler completes a full week of practice, he is expected to start against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
