Dolphins Waive WR Kevin Curtis

The Miami Dolphins have placed veteran wide receiver Kevin Curtis on waivers, reports Howard Balzer of The Sports Xchange.

Curtis signed a one-year deal with the Dolphins in Week 15, and in two games, caught one pass for six yards.

No word on who will replace Curtis on the 53-man roster, but the Dolphins have three wide receivers on the practice squad--Julius Pruitt, Brooks Foster, and Patrick Cater--who they may want to take an extended look at in this week's regular season finale against the New England Patriots.
