Heart Disease Cause of Norman Hand's Death

Colleton County (South Carolina) coroner Richard Harvey announced that former NFL defensive tackle Norman Hand died of heart disease.

Hand played 10 seasons in the National Football League with the Miami Dolphins, San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints, Seattle Seahawks, and New York Giants. Hand died last Friday at the age of 37.

Harvey added that Hand had a history of high blood pressure, which led to the hypertension.
