Jeremy Trueblood Update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive tackle Jeremy Trueblood has been released from Hancock County (Ind) jail, and no charges will be filed against him, Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune reports.

"Mr. Trueblood has been released and the prosecutor has decided not to file any charges against him," Major Derek Towell of the Greenfield police said.

According to reports out of Indiana, Trueblood and Benjamin McKinney stopped at a gas station on Main Street after playing golf.

"They were stumbling around and almost knocked over a woman with a baby," Towell told the Indianapolis Star.

When the men left the gas station, someone inside called police out of concern that the men were driving drunk. Police stopped the vehicle, which was being driven by Trueblood's wife, who was not intoxicated, but was cited for not wearing her seatbelt.
