New York Jets restricted free agent cornerback Drew Coleman has signed his one-year tender, Manish Mehta of the Newark Star-Ledger reports.

Coleman, a sixth-round pick (189th overall) out of TCU in 2006, was tendered at the "Original Round" level, and will earn a base salary of $1.176 million dollars in 2010. Coleman has started 5 of his 51 games for Gang Green, totaling 77 tackles, 2 quarterback sacks, one interception and 14 pass breakups. 21 of Coleman's tackles have come on special teams.

With Coleman signed, running back Leon Washington is the only Jets restricted free agent who has yet to sign his one-year tender.
