Jets RB LaDainian Tomlinson On His New Role, Italian Food, and LeBron James

Joe Brescia of the New York Times caught up with New York Jets running back LaDainian Tomlinson recently. Among the topics of discussion were why Tomlinson signed with the Jets, and his acceptance of no longer being "The Man" in an NFL backfield.

One of the more interesting answers Tomlinson gave was when he was asked if there was a New York athlete he'd like to meet.

"LeBron James," Tomlinson said. "So I’m hoping he comes here to play."

If that does happen, I'm sure Cleveland Browns fans will voice their displeasure about when the Jets visit the Dawg Pound on November 14.
