The St. Louis Rams announced the release of five players today.

Released on Monday were wide receivers Nick Moore and Rod Owens, fullback Kennedy Tinsley, defensive tackle Chris Bradwell, and linebacker Simoni Lawrence. Owens, Tinsley, and Lawrence were undrafted free agents.

No reason was given for the release of these players, but the Rams do have five unsigned exclusive rights free agents who may be ready to sign their qualifying offers. Those free agents are defensive end C.J. Ah You, linebacker Larry Grant, wide receiver Jordan Kent, offensive tackle Ryan McKee, and safety David Roach.
