Report: Haynesworth To Show Up for Training Camp

Chris Russell of 106.7 The Fan in Washington, D.C. reports (via Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com) that Washington Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth will report to the team's training camp.

Openly skipping a mandatory mini-camp, but vowing to arrive for training camp, is a sign that Haynesworth's side believes the money the Redskins have paid to him, including the $21M on April 1, is not subject to forfeiture.

As Florio notes, Haynesworth can be fined nearly $10,000 for skipping mini-camp.

The Redskins open training camp at their Redskins Park facility on July 29.
