Tim Tebow Will Not Attend 2010 NFL Draft

Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network reports that University of Florida quarterback Tim Tebow will not attend the 2010 NFL Draft, opting instead to watch the draft with his family at their home in Jacksonville, Florida.

A camera crew from the NFL Network will be on-hand, La Canfora adds.

Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford headlines a lengthy list of prospects who have accepted invitations to attend the draft. Bradford will be joined by Nebraska defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and Oklahoma defensive tackle Gerald McCoy, who are expected to be chosen directly after Bradford's name is called with the first pick by the St. Louis Rams.

Oklahoma State offensive tackle Russell Okung, Tennessee safety Eric Berry, Oklahoma offensive tackle Trent Williams, and Florida cornerback Joe Haden--all projected Top 10 picks--will be on hand, as will Clemson running back C.J. Spiller, Georgia Tech defensive end Derrick Morgan, and Tennessee nose tackle Dan Williams, who are projected to go anywhere from picks 6 through 15.

Iowa offensive tackle Bryan Bulaga, Georgia Tech wide receiver Demaryuis Thomas, Penn State defensive lineman Jared Odrick, and Cal running back Jahvid Best will attend, as will Wake Forest cornerback Brandon Ghee and Texas defensive tackle Lamarr Houston, who are late-first/early-second round picks.

Notre Dame quarterback Jimmy Clausen, projected to go in the first round, declined the NFL's invitation and will watch the draft from his grandfathers home in Palm Springs, Florida.

Texas quarterback Colt McCoy, whose name could be called early Friday evening, has also decided not to attend the draft.
