Packers Calendar: 13th Annual Donald Driver Football Camp

The former Packers wide receiver will hold a youth football camp on Thursday in Cleveland, Miss.

The USA has their final game in the group stage of the World Cup Thursday against Germany. Say it with me, "I believe that we will win..."

Donald Driver might be retired, but he's not staying out of the game of football.

The former Green Bay Packers wide receiver will host his 13th annual namesake football camp on Thursday in Mississippi, where he played his college football.

Spanning two days, the camp will take place June 26 and 27 at Cleveland High School in Cleveland, Miss.

"Green Bay Packers All-Time Leading Receiver and Super Bowl Champion Donald Driver will provide campers individual instruction on the rules of the game, passing, hand-offs, blocking, tackling and basic objectives of the game," according to the Donald Driver Foundation website.

Driver is providing the camp free of charge to 500 children seven to 17 years old, however, registration for the event has passed.

Back in Wisconsin, another set of youth football camps sponsored by the Green Bay Packers are taking place on Thursday in Franklin and Wauskesha.

Held respectively at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex and Heyer Elementary School, both camps are in their fourth day of a weeklong event.

Finally on Thursday, former Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Steve Mariucci hosts the Upper Peninsula Celebrity Golf Classic in Marquette, Mich., benefitting The Beacon House.

Taking place at Marquette Golf Club, former Packers wide receiver Robert Brooks is among the celebrities participating in the charity fundraiser.
