Packers Calendar: Senior Bowl, Pro Bowl Practice
Senior Bowl practice, where Packers scouts are in attendance, is televised on the NFL Network on Thursday.
Green Bay Packers general manager Ted Thompson and his staff are in Mobile, Ala. this week at the site of the Senior Bowl to check out the NFL Draft eligible talent at college football's premiere all-star game.
Fans at home will be able to see what the Packers see when practice is televised live from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, the final day of full-scale practices before Saturday's game.
Meanwhile, one day after the Pro Bowl Draft was completed, six Packers players will practice with their new teammates in Arizona on Thursday.
Open to the military and their families at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Ariz., Team Carter will practice starting at 10:00 a.m. local time, followed by Team Irvin at 12:10 p.m.
Captained by NFL alum Cris Carter, Packers players on his team include wide receiver Jordy Nelson, fullback John Kuhn, guard Josh Sitton and cornerback Sam Shields.
The opposing team, captained by Michael Irvin, includes Packers linebacker Clay Matthews and wide receiver Randall Cobb.
