The San Francisco 49ers announced the release of undrafted rookie wide receiver Jared Perry.

Perry (6-1, 180) caught 137 passes for 1,844 yards and 13 touchdowns during his four-year career at the University of Missouri.

By releasing Perry, the 49ers have trimmed their roster to 75 signed players, unsigned franchise nose tackle Aubrayo Franklin, and four unsigned picks from the 2010 NFL Draft.

49ers rookies are scheduled to report to training camp on July 30.
