According to Liz Mullen of the Sports Business Journal, the National Football League and NFL Players Association will continue labor discussions on Wednesday.

"#NFL & NFLPA will hold their first formal bargaining session 4 a new labor deal since Feb tomorrow in NY, sources say.", Mullen tweeted.

As Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com notes, recent union attacks regarding the television contracts the NFL signed, and whispers of collusion when it comes to restricted free agents, could make for tense talks.

Tense or not, both sides need to do more Twitter-free, face-to-face talking.
