Titans Waive Rooking Running Back

Tennessee Titans undrafted rookie running back Dominique Lindsay has been waived with an injury settlement, The Tennessean reports.

The former East Carolina running back reportedly has an Achilles' injury, and the terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

After missing the entire 2008 season with a knee injury, Lindsay ran for 1,180 yards and six touchdowns last season. Lindsay also added 19 receptions for 151 yards and a touchdown. In 43 career games for the Pirates, Lindsay gained 1,787 yards and scored 12 touchdowns on the ground, while catching 33 passes for 247 yards and a pair of scores as a receiver out of the backfield.

Lindsay was one of three undrafted running backs signed to two-year contracts by the Titans after the 2010 NFL Draft, joining Oregon's LeGarrette Blount and USC running back Stafon Johnson.
